What Payment Forms Do You Accept?
We ship your item as soon as the payment is received. For your safety we accept Pay Pal for transactions. More Payment Methods To Come.

What Is Your Return Policy?
We here at Digital Fatigue Books want our fellow book lovers to be happy. If for some reason you are unhappy email us within 7 days of receipt. We do ask before purchasing to please read the description of the condition of books, or items so there can be less fuss.

How Do You Ship Items?
All media items (books, cd, dvds) will be sent by USPS Media Mail. We are willing to ship by any expedited method you choose. Note that we do require full payment for the entire postage amount before your item will be shipped when choosing a different method.

What Are The Costs For Shipping?
The shipping costs are dependent on the weight of the item or items of question, method of shipping, and the destination they are sent to. For a shipping estimate click on the MORE DESTINATIONS link on the product page and enter your zip code or select the destination from the drop-down menu.

Absolutely. You have the option to select "Ship to a Different Address".

How Do I Leave Feedback?
Here are the instructions to leave feedback... 1-2 days after you have made your purchase, you will receive an email in your regular email inbox. It's says: "Nonreply". This Nonreply email can sometimes be sent to your email trash or spam box, because your computer security settings may consider it unidentifiable spam email so if you do not see it check there. The subject box of this email will say..Rate Your Transaction At eCRATER. Click the link that says Leave Feedback. It gives you 3 choices: POSITIVE, NEGATIVE OR NEUTRAL. There's a comment box to leave comments. When you are finished all you have to do is click SUBMIT at the bottom of the feedback page so your feedback can be posted to our store. We do ask here at Digital Fatigue Books if there's a problem with your item or the delivery, please contact me before leaving feedback and our little family will make it right. We like to be happy customers so of course that is what we would like to make you. A Happy Customer! If you have a concern or question we promise to read each one and respond with care.

Are You A Dropshipper?
No we are not. This is a family owned business in Phoenix, Arizona. We had a dream of opening up a bookstore and here we are. We photograph and list everything ourselves. The books and other inventory is stored in a smoke free home until it is shipped to you with care. From our family to yours.

When Does My Item Ship?
We want you to receive your item quickly so we ship the very next business day. if an order is placed on Saturday or Sunday we ship the item the next business day which is Monday.
